Rooms
This 3 bedroom house is spacious and comfy. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom. The other 2 guest rooms have queen size beds and are facing the beautiful North Umpqua River. One of the queen size rooms is themed with The Justice League. There also an extra bonus room with cot bunk-beds, queen sofa sleeper and a queen cabinet Murphy bed.

Outdoor BBQ kitchen, fire pit (wood included), and a few water toys. Like 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board and an aluminum row boat
Rates
Nightly fee $250 (May vary) with a 2 night minimum.
There is a nonrefundable cleaning fee of $125 per stay.

Small gatherings of less then 50 people (additional fees may apply)
Check in time 3pm and check out time 11 am.
